Shannon Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and digital print management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Services Executive for the Lowe's Team at HH Global since March 2015, Shannon previously held positions that showcased expertise in digital printing and video production. At International Paper, Shannon worked as a Digital Print Manager, overseeing the operations of the digital printing display business, and earlier as a Digital Print Coordinator at Weyerhaeuser, Shannon integrated digital operations and established crucial protocols. The career began at Wilton Connor Packaging as a Video Production Specialist, where Shannon managed various video projects, collaborated on training materials, and supported marketing efforts with impactful video content. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Mass Media from Wingate University.
