Cathy Phillips

Cathy Phillips is a seasoned professional in the field of marketing and communications, currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Consultancy & Learning at H&H Agency since January 2020. Prior to this role, Cathy held several senior positions at KCOM from March 2005 to August 2019, including Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Communications, and Head of Corporate Communications. Cathy's career began at KCOM Group PLC in 1995 as a Marketing Executive, progressing to roles such as Corporate Communications Manager before their tenure at KCOM. Educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Hult Ashridge (2003-2004) and a BA Hons in European Marketing and French from Humberside University (1990-1994).
