Terry Gray

Terry Gray is a seasoned housing specialist with extensive experience in residential property management, currently serving at Havenwood Heritage Heights since March 2020. Previously, Terry held various roles at Aimco Apartment Homes from August 2002 to October 2019, including service coordinator and assistant community manager, where responsibilities included MRO procurement, vendor coordination, and oversight of service teams across multiple properties. Terry began a career in property management at The Flatley Company as an office manager, focusing on sales and marketing.
