Amanda Guy is a visionary, human-centered leadership professional with 15 years of experience in strategic program management, leadership development, and employee experience. Previously, Amanda worked in various roles, including as a PRTF Case Coordinator at TLC For Children and Families, and as the Director of Youth Services at reStart, inc. Currently, Amanda serves as a Program Management Specialist in Learning and Development at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and holds the title of Financial Management Specialist at the Department of Health and Human Services. Amanda is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Avila University along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, while also working towards certification in SHRM-CP and an Instructional Design certificate. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with family, playing games with children, and engaging with podcasts and books.
