Danielle Drissel is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in health law and policy. With a career spanning over two decades, Danielle served as an Attorney at Hogan & Hartson, providing legal counsel on fraud and abuse laws to pharmaceutical and medical device companies. At the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Danielle held various positions, including Supervisory Attorney-Advisor, where leadership involved guiding teams on drug pricing legal questions and overseeing the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program. Previous legislative roles included serving as a Legislative Aide to Senator Barbara Boxer and as a Legislative Assistant for Representative Gerald Kleczka.
