John Turner

John Turner is an experienced federal acquisition leader currently serving as the Division Director and Supervisory Contracts Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. With over 15 years in procurement strategy and contract management, they have previously held key roles including Contracts Specialist with the United States Army, Contracting Officer at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, and Branch Chief at the National Cancer Institute.
