Latecia E. is a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as a Senior Advisor/Research and Data Coordinator at the Administration for Children and Families, focusing on the Human Trafficking Data Collection Project from 2014 to 2019. Latecia has extensive experience in public health, having worked in various roles, including HIV/AIDS Coordinator for the Georgia Office of Minority Health and Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration. They began their career in health education as the Immunization Program Coordinator for the South Carolina Primary Care Association and also contributed to research initiatives at Morehouse College. Latecia is currently enhancing their expertise at the HHS Data Science CoLab.
