Peter Cooper

Peter Cooper currently serves as the Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where responsibilities include representing the agency in various administrative appeals and providing counsel on federal court cases. Previous experience includes roles as an Attorney in the Public Health Division of HHS, an Attorney Adviser at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and a Law Clerk at PAE. Peter Cooper also has experience in legal research, e-discovery, and has held internships and externships at organizations like the Washington State Supreme Court and Northwest Justice Project. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in English from California Polytechnic Institute.
