Thu D. has extensive experience in project and application management, having served in various senior roles across multiple U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services. They began their career as a Web & System Analyst at Associated Grant Makers and progressed to become a Deputy Director at HHS. Thu holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences/Management Information Systems, both from George Mason University, and is currently pursuing ITIL and PMP certifications.
