William (Chip) Haltermann is an accomplished social science analyst with extensive experience in public policy and health services. Currently at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since September 2018, William has held various roles including Program Specialist and Presidential Management Fellow. Prior to joining HHS, William worked as a Graduate Assistant at Duke University and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the North Carolina Institute of Medicine, both in 2017-2018. William's earlier experience includes serving as a paralegal at Doolan Platt & Setareh, LLP, and a development intern at Easter Seals New York. William holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Economic Policy Analysis from Binghamton University.
