Amanda May-Smith

Amanda May-Smith currently serves as the President of CNS at HHS, LLC since October 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda enjoyed a lengthy tenure at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. from January 2015 to October 2024, where Amanda held the position of Vice President of Operations, overseeing a managed volume of $170 million across 275 accounts in 18 states. Responsibilities included supervising multiple levels of management, ensuring client and resident satisfaction, and overseeing financial and human resource development. Amanda also held roles as Senior District Manager and Senior Director of Operations at the same company, managing $140 million in volume with 145 accounts. Amanda began the career at Amanda Mays Cafe and served as Director of Dining Services at Healthcare Services Group from November 2008 to February 2012. Amanda pursued education at Louisiana State University-Alexandria from 1998 to the present.
