John Grady is currently the Corporate Director of Business Development at HHS, LLC, responsible for enhancing lead generation capabilities across multiple divisions. Prior experience includes serving as an M&A Advisor at ProNova Partners, focusing on the acquisition and servicing needs of Texas businesses in various industries. At Launch Marketing, John utilized over 40 years of sales and marketing expertise to build partnerships with technology companies. As Managing Director at FOCUS Investment Bankers, John specialized in full cycle servicing of clients’ buying and selling needs. Previous roles include CEO of Invenio Solutions, Marketing Manager at Dell Technologies, and Director of Marketing at Ralston Purina. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
