James Weaver

James Weaver is an experienced tech professional with a strong background in client services and technical support. Currently serving as a Tech Helper at Hi! Tech since November 2022, James previously worked at the University of Pittsburgh for a decade, where responsibilities included supporting enterprise-level applications, managing computer labs, and coordinating events. Additional experience includes a contract role at Duolingo providing support for the Duolingo English Test and various student consulting positions at the University of Pittsburgh. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
