Marjut Haltsonen

Marjut Haltsonen is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Country HR Manager and Partner at HIAB, where they focus on building an organizational culture centered on people and purpose. Previously, Marjut held the position of Head of HR at Port of Turku Ltd, where they managed strategic HR initiatives and led a team of five. With experience spanning various roles, including HR Business Partner at Azets and Regional Manager at Clevry Finland, Marjut has consistently driven HR processes and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Marjut holds a Master's degree in General Education and a Master's in Economic Sciences with a focus on Management and Organisation from the University of Turku.
