Tommi Rapeli

Tommi Rapeli is currently a Product Owner at Hiab, leading the development of the HiSkill operator training platform with a focus on immersive technologies and strategic product development. With over 25 years of experience in 3D and CGI-driven innovation, Tommi has previously served as the Head of Product at Glue, where they defined product strategies for a SaaS platform aimed at enhancing virtual collaboration. Tommi co-founded Fake Production, contributing as a Creative Director and visual asset strategist while also gaining experience as a Digital Artist at Utopia Finland and Hybrid Graphics. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Intermedia/Multimedia and have completed various product management courses.
