Hiary Profile

Hiary supplies a specialised software service for waste businesses. Our initial service provided skip hire businesses with a flexible solution to improve their operational productivity and streamlined administration.

Many of Hiary’s initial customers were small and medium sized skip bin companies who had been using diary based systems (or spreadsheets) to manage their skip hire bookings. Replacing those diary systems led to the name Hiary (Like diary but with an H for hire).

Hiary excels at the capture of bookings easily. Making it easy to take bookings even when operators might be busy with other tasks. We've made entering bookings simple, allowing you to just capture the information you want. You can enter as little as the clients Name, Phone, Bins Type and Address or capture much more information as you please. The process has proven simple enough that customers can book their own skip bin services over the internet (all day, every day). This ensures that every booking and bin is tracked and payments are received.

With automated invoicing and pickups the software will drive your business and ensure you're getting the maximum out of your investment in your skip hire assets. Maximising your bin turn over rate and ensuring that you're not undercharging for disposal. Productivity is key to ensuring the profitability of your business.

Hiary is hosted in the cloud for you, and the infrastructure is designed to be high availability. This ensures that all captured data about skip bin bookings, deliveries, pickups and disposal is safe and backed up continuously. So all you need is an Internet connection and you can access your data instantly (on the road, in a truck, at the office or at home). This gives smaller operators better access to business automation than many of the large players currently have at less of an expense.
