Gianluca Cescon

Gianluca Cescon is the Head of Product Management at Hiber. Gianluca has over three years of experience in product management, having previously worked as a Senior Product Owner at RELEGS and a Senior Product Manager at NXT Grid.

At RELEGS, Gianluca was responsible for developing the pricing and packaging strategy for the company's market entrance. Gianluca also oversaw the development of the product roadmap and managed the requirements backlog from customer, software, and hardware development teams.

At NXT Grid, Gianluca was responsible for packing their luggage and flying to Nigeria to explore future customers and map the needs of end users. Gianluca also developed and launched the first prototype, designed and executed customer and end-user development campaigns, and defined and updated the product development roadmap.

Gianluca Cescon has a Masters of Science in Energy Engineering with a specialization in Production and Conversion of Energy from Politecnico di Milano. Gianluca also has a Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Gianluca Cescon is also certified in product management and design thinking from THNK School of Creative Leadership.

They are on a team with Steven Rutgers - VP, Sales, Erik Wienk - Co-Founder & COO, and Shaun Kenyon - Head of Satellite. Gianluca Cescon reports to Roel Jansen, CEO.
