HD is a vertically integrated company which provides its own asset management, property management, real estate financial and accounting services, an in-house development team, and an in-house sales and leasing team – all in addition to our own internal investment capabilities. Our vertical integration provides our firm and its principals the ability to keep our finger firmly on the pulse of all aspects of our active investments and managed properties to assure we’re meeting ours and our investors objectives at all times throughout a deal cycle.
