Amy Johnson

Amy Johnson currently serves as the Payroll Advisory and Guidance Lead at HiBob, a position started in February 2024. Prior to this, Amy held the same title at Pento from May 2022 to February 2024. Amy's extensive experience in payroll operations spans over a decade at Armstrong Watson, where roles included Senior Payroll Operations Manager, Senior Payroll Onboarding Manager, Payroll Support Team Leader, Payroll Support Technician, and Payroll Administrator. Amy earned a BA Hons in Philosophy from Newcastle University between 2006 and 2009, and completed secondary education at Kesteven and Grantham Girls School from 1999 to 2006.
