Ben Altman

Ben Altman is the Sales Engineering Manager at HiBob, responsible for leading a team focused on sales strategy and execution. Previously, Ben worked at The Charfen Institute as a Business Coaching & Sales Manager, where they provided consultation to small businesses and managed performance for sales teams. Ben also served as a Principal Sales Engineer at Spredfast, contributing to pre-sales support and mentoring the sales engineering team. Early in their career, Ben was a Coach/Teacher at Richardson ISD and a Tutor at The Princeton Review. They hold a BA and MAT in Social Studies Education from Trinity University.
