Cohav Nir is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee experience, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at HiBob since December 2021. Prior to this role, Nir held the position of VP of Human Resources at Orca Security from May to November 2021, playing a significant role in the company’s rapid growth to unicorn status. At Allot from August 2019 to May 2021, Nir led global talent acquisition efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
