Idea Tzachi is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations at HiBob. With extensive experience across all HR domains, they have led initiatives in consultation, HR project management, and change management, focusing on aligning HR practices with business strategies. Previously, they held significant roles at Amdocs and Kulicke & Soffa, where they managed HR functions for large teams and developed programs enhancing employee growth and organizational effectiveness. Idea holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Special Needs Education and a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting from the University of Haifa.
