Rotem Erman רותם ארמן

Rotem Erman is a Global Facilities and Real Estate Manager at HiBob, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Global Facilities Manager at Similarweb from 2021 to 2022, where they oversaw operations for 13 offices worldwide and managed significant campus projects. Rotem has extensive experience in project management and logistics, having worked as a Project Manager and Digital Marketing Manager for the Association of Engineers and Architects in Israel, as well as roles in real estate and logistics management. They are also the director of "Feel the Ride," a cycling school established in 2006, which provides cycling instruction and organizes events. Rotem earned a Graduate Bachelor’s Degree in Economy and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University and an Industrial Practical Engineering and Management degree from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
