Ryan Alt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, implementation, and operations across multiple industries. Starting a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain in Infantry, Ryan transitioned to event and logistics management at Tough Mudder Inc. Subsequently, roles at Gusto included Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding and Director of Member Operations, followed by a position as Associate General Manager and Senior Manager of Partner Management at DoorDash. Ryan continued to excel in leadership roles as Director of Mid Market Implementation at Rippling and currently serves as Director of US Payroll & Benefits Services at HiBob. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Villanova University, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and ongoing graduate studies toward a Master’s in Urban Planning with a focus on International Development at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
