Simon Davis

Simon Davis is an experienced professional in human resources and professional services, currently serving as the Global Director of Professional Services at HiBob since December 2022. Prior to this, Simon held various roles at Phase 3 from January 2017 to December 2022, including Head of Professional Services and Head of Partner Delivery, where Simon led the delivery of partnerships and growth in HR and payroll technologies. Simon's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Officer and HR Advisor at Ofsted, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Evolution Recruitment Solutions Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons from The University of Manchester, a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cullen Scholefield, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
