Sofía Moll

Sofía Moll currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Management at HiBob since April 2024. Previously, Sofía held the position of Vice President of Talent Development at CAIS, where leadership in talent processes for over 300 employees was demonstrated, along with innovative program design for HR development. As an Equity and Inclusion Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education, collaborative efforts with non-profit organizations expanded student access while aligning programs with diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Sofía's experience also includes a role as Managing Director of Talent Initiatives at Teach For Armenia, where talent strategies were elevated, and contributions were made as Salesforce Project Manager at le choix de l'école, and prior leadership in talent initiatives and communications at Enseña Uruguay, impacting a significant number of students. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education from Harvard, a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University, and a Master's degree in Communication Management from Universidad de Montevideo.
