Ryan Lainchbury

Ryan Lainchbury is an experienced product leader currently serving as Director of Product at HiBoop since March 2024, where Ryan founded the Product Development team and oversaw the development and launch of the company's core product. Prior to this position, Ryan worked at Checkfront from September 2017 to October 2024, holding various roles including Product Manager, where Ryan managed key portfolios focusing on user experience and business performance, and Product Specialist, where Ryan developed a comprehensive onboarding program for new product team members. Earlier in Ryan's career, positions included Training Manager and Training Lead at Checkfront, and User Experience Designer at Dynamic Solutions Inc. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria and completed a University Transfer Program at Camosun College.
