Mark Trivette

Mark Trivette currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hibu since April 2023. Previously, Mark held the CFO position at BenefitMall from September 2021 until March 2023, a company acquired by CRC Group, a Truist Company. Prior to that, Mark was the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aspira from September 2017 to December 2021, overseeing its spin-off from Active Network in August 2017 and subsequent acquisition by Alpine Investors in April 2021. Additionally, Mark served as CFO of ACTIVE Network from May 2016 to August 2017, which was acquired by Global Payments. Earlier roles include CFO for SourceHOV (renamed Exela) and BancTec, as well as Senior Vice President at i2 Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by JDA Software. Mark began their career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Manager. Mark Trivette earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University in 1994.
