With excellence at heart, Hickory deliver leading-edge food and drink experiences. As an award-winning Scottish business, Hickory has a reputation for bold culinary events in incredible venues, with a focus on innovative and invigorating menus.

Founded in 2012, our roots are firmly on Scottish soil. You’ll find our teams creating magic at our concept kitchen in East Lothian, or in the thick of it at our Hickory HQ in Edinburgh’s West End.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We’re fearless when it comes to showcasing the best produce from Scotland’s land & seas, and we do that in the most innovative ways possible. These local, seasonal ingredients are transformed into a little bit of heaven on a plate with our super chef’s flair and unbridled imagination.
