Hickory Homes, a branded entity of City Cottages, LLC, is a small semi-custom home building firm based out of Hudson focusing on new single family homes in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.  Our Team of Hicks simply love what we do for a living and we work hard to bring back the fun and excitement for our Clients when they're building a beautiful brand-new home.

We don’t have the muscle to overpower the bigger Builders but our success and growth is not a matter of luck.  The only way for us to compete is by giving our Customers more for their money.  More quality, more attention to details, more in design, features, options and upgrades, more WOW, more of a personalized, honest and one-on-one service level, more of a truly exciting and enjoyable build process.  Ultimately, all of that “more” paves the way for more equity and more pride in ownership once the fun of building is completed.

Other Builders don’t seem to care but if we can’t give our Clients more for their money we’ll fail as a business.  Our entire success is based solely on how happy our Customers are throughout the entire process up to the Closing Day and beyond.  We'll never lose sight of that fact.
