Simon Lennon

Simon Lennon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various executive roles, including Chief Technology Officer at HICX since January 2022, and prior positions at ADM Agriculture Ltd and Gleadell Agriculture. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Simon has demonstrated expertise in software product design, cloud hosting, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Notable achievements include the successful replacement of a legacy ERP system with a bespoke cloud-hosted solution and the development of award-winning data protection and disaster recovery processes. Simon's technical proficiency encompasses a range of technologies such as Linux, J2EE, and AWS, complemented by a strong foundation in civil engineering, culminating in an HND from Lincoln Technical College.
