Andreas Schuster

Andreas Schuster has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andreas started their career in 2013 as an intern at Tractive, where they later became an Android Developer and worked in Customer Support. Andreas also held the position of Head of Customer Support, where they were responsible for managing customer service and maintaining a strict 24-hour SLA for premium customers. In 2017, they joined apilayer as Head of Customer Success and continued in that role when the company was acquired by Idera Inc. In 2021, they moved to Stack Holdings and took on the roles of Head of Customer Success, Product Owner, and Chief Product Officer. At Stack Holdings, they focused on developing SaaS products such as Xodo Sign, ZeroSSL, and invoicely. In 2022, they took over the position of Director of Product Management at Apryse, where they led the transition and integration of eversign into Apryse's systems. Currently, they are serving as the Lead Product Manager at HID.

Andreas Schuster pursued their education at Fachhochschule Technikum Wien from 2019 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Information and Communication Systems and Services. Prior to that, they attended Hagenberg Campus - FH Upper Austria from 2011 to 2014, but dropped out after the 6th semester without obtaining a degree in Mobile Computing. In 2006, Andreas completed their Higher School Certificate at Höhere Technische Bundeslehranstalt Steyr, specializing in electronics and computer technology. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in February 2023.
