Darwin Rivera

Darwin Rivera holds extensive experience in sales engineering, program management, and executive leadership, currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering and Architecture for Workforce ID at HID Global since January 2011. Over the years, Darwin has progressed through various roles at HID Global, including Principal Solutions Architect and Senior Solutions Architect, delivering expertise in cybersecurity and identity management. In addition to responsibilities at HID, Darwin founded Guayama Group Inc., providing business strategy and executive coaching services. As Executive Vice-President and VP of Finance for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, significant contributions were made to operational leadership and financial oversight. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Doctor of Business Administration from IE University and IE Business School, complemented by an MBA and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Park University.
