Dave Kneller

Dave Kneller is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global IT support and service management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global IT Support Services at HID Global since August 2015, Dave leads a team of approximately 60 staff, overseeing various IT functions, including service desks and a 24/7 Security Operations Center. Previously, Dave held the position of Director of IT Service Management at NTT Data Corporation, directing ITIL process management for Texas Department of Transportation. Earlier roles include Manager of IT Process & Quality at LCRA, where Dave also focused on implementing ITIL frameworks and delivering ServiceNow management tools, as well as Senior IT Manager at AMD, managing global IT service delivery. Dave's educational background includes attendance at Highbury College of Technology from 1977 to 1979.
