Gerald Grattoni

Gerald Grattoni has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Gerald is currently the VP & Head of PACS Business Unit at HID Global, overseeing Europe, North APAC, and Oceania. Prior to this, they served as the VP & Global Head of Sales for Physical Access Control Solutions at HID Global.

Before joining HID Global, Gerald held various leadership positions at Intel Corporation. Gerald served as the Director of Global Strategy and Head of EMEA FSI Unit, where they led a team of advisors and consulted on digital disruption strategies for clients in the financial services industry. Gerald was also the Director and Head of EMEA Enterprise Solutions Sales, responsible for driving revenue and technological enablement for large European customers.

Earlier in their career, Gerald worked at Armée de Terre where they completed their national military service, and at MIJNO PRECISION GEARING as an International Business Development Manager. Gerald also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Reuters Ltd.

Gerald Grattoni completed a Disruptive Strategy course by Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School Online in 2022. In 2020, they also attended Harvard Business School Online for a Leading with Finance course by Mihir Desai. Prior to these online courses, Gerald pursued a Masters in International Business Management from TBS Education from 1995 to 1997. Gerald had previously completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of the West of England in 1994 to 1995.
