Richard Dollet has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as a Software Consultant at SECA Benelux. Richard then worked as a Smartcard Personalization Developer at Datacard Group, focusing on lead development for smart card personalization programs. In 1998, Dollet joined SchlumbergerSema as a Smartcard Personalization Development Leader, responsible for industrializing contactless, prepaid, and loyalty products. Richard also worked as a Smartcard Personalization Development Manager, starting the smart card development team for North America and providing technical expertise for various business segments. Dollet then joined Gemalto in 2003 as the Noram & Latam Regional Engineering and Support Manager, overseeing the delivery of smart card OS personalization software and supporting the consolidation of factories. At HID Global, Dollet held various roles, including Vice President of Engineering, Identification Technologies, and Senior Director of Engineering for Operations Solutions.

Richard Dollet completed a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2021 to 2022. Richard also obtained a General Management Certificate from Texas Executive Education at the same institution in 2014. Richard'searlier education includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, which they completed from 1989 to 1994. Richard Dollet also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, obtained from Acclaim Badging in the year 2020.
