Robert Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the identity solutions sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Delivery and Programs at HID Global since January 2011, Robert previously held the position of Senior Director of Professional Services for Government ID, where leadership focused on a team delivering secure biometric-enabled government ID card and passport programs globally. Prior to HID Global, Robert spent nearly 28 years at LaserCard Corporation, concluding as Director of Operations. Robert's educational background includes studies at Cabrillo College and Prospect High School.
