Traci Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership. With a career at HID since September 1999, Traci has advanced from the role of Consumables Engineer to Senior Director of Consumables & Hardware Engineering, overseeing teams focused on mechanical design and consumables engineering to drive product strategy. Prior roles included Director positions in Consumables & QA Engineering, Consumables Engineering, and Advanced Technology, where Traci managed product lifecycles, supported new product qualifications, and led discussions on technology innovations. Traci holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, complemented by an AS in Pre-Engineering from Bismarck State College.
