Xavier JOFFRIN

Xavier JOFFRIN has an extensive career in the technology and telecommunications sectors, beginning as a developer at Alcatel TITN and later at a SSII serving large groups from 1985 to 1992. At Sema Group, Xavier held multiple roles including pre-sales, project leader, and technical expert from 1992 to 1998, before working as a pre-sales consultant for banking and consulting at Astria – Groupe ATOS in 1999. From 2000 to 2003, Xavier served as a product manager for mobile-commerce and SIM-browsing at Oberthur Card Systems. Following a brief tenure as a software product manager at Cellon from 2004 to 2005, Xavier operated a consulting business at tagawag.com between 2006 and 2015. After joining Inetum in 2016 as a senior business developer until 2019, Xavier became the bid director at HID Global, overseeing complex multi-million dollar bids in the governmental identification industry on a global scale.
