Housing Investment & Development Co-operative of Malawi (HIDCO) is inviting investment minded individuals to participate in building a better tomorrow for Malawi through pooling their funds together in order to provide each other with land and housing opportunities.
HIDCO has got land apportioned into affordable plots for its members in various districts including but not limited to Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Mangochi, Mulanje, Chintheche and more to build their dream homes and construct multipurpose buildings. The ultimate goal of this cooperative is to buy land and build houses for members for commercial or home usage.
