We're the culinary rebels of Hong Kong, serving up knockout dishes without the knockout prices.

Our mission? To prove that great food doesn't need to come with a side of financial regret.

Hidden Gem is the answer to that void. Our concepts- Flat Iron Steak, Flat Iron Burger, Picanhas', Lasagna Factory & Powder Monkey Brewery - are often tucked away in strategic locations just off of the beaten track. No fancy addresses means no fancy rent, and those savings go straight to your plate.

We keep our menus focused and our quality high, because that's what really matters. We've partnered with Steak King Foods to source top-notch ingredients directly, which makes this a truly vertically integrated business.

It's like having a secret passage to the good stuff, minus the inflated price tag that usually comes with it. In a city where dining out can cost more than a plane ticket, Hidden Gem stands as a beacon for food lovers who know the difference between price and value.

We're not just serving meals; we're serving up a new way to experience great cuisine.
This isn't about cutting corners or compromising quality. It's about smart choices, strategic partnerships, and a genuine desire to make excellent food accessible.

Hidden Gem isn't just our name - it's our philosophy, our promise, and our commitment to every diner who walks through our doors.
