[Hidden Gym] is a 17.2k square foot facility tucked away in the suburbs of North Dallas. We offer a full service gym including a fully equipped weight room and cardio area, high level personal training, boxing and amateur boxing, brazilan jiu jitsu and a variety of recovery services. 

Owner's Greg and Tawna McCoy have taken their 10 years of gym ownership experience to craft of one of kind facility. Meshing their personal training and bodybuilding roots with the world of boxing, functional training, and self defense creates an energy like none other.
