By combining tradition, research and modern techniques, Hidden in Grains uses water, time and temperature to liberate the full nutritional potential of whole grains. We call this enriched by nature.

Hidden in Grains works to bring back the use of traditional Swedish varieties that adapt better to unexpected weather patterns than modern varieties. This helps to make farmers more resilient to climate change.
