Griffin Kearney has over 9 years of work experience. In 2021, they worked as a System Engineer at Hidden Level Inc., supporting the modeling, design, and analysis of novel radar processing algorithms. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior System Engineer at Lockheed Martin, supporting the design and analysis of modern radar products. In 2022, they became the Founder & CEO of OpB Data Insights LLC, a start-up company that seeks to democratize and improve the availability of data-driven modeling and analytics. In 2019, they worked as a System Engineer in the leadership training program at SRC, Inc. in Syracuse NY. In 2014, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Syracuse University, researching the analysis of network systems using optimization formulations. In 2013, they worked as the technology leader and co-founder of the renewable energy start-up company Solstice Power LLC. in Syracuse, NY. In 2012, they worked as a software engineering intern in the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) software group of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). In 2011, they worked as a software engineering intern with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), designing and developing graphical user interface tools for parameter file configurations in Java.
