Nicholas Cerza

Nicholas Cerza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicholas recently joined Hidden Level Inc. in 2023 as a Manufacturing Program Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Manager for Global Business Transformation from November 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Philips from April 2022 to November 2022. Nicholas also worked at Baxter International Inc., where they served as a Marketing Manager for Service & Connectivity from September 2019 to April 2022, and as a Manager for Global Service PMO from July 2018 to September 2019. Nicholas gained experience in business intelligence and analytics as a Manager at AngioDynamics from June 2013 to July 2018, and as an IT Project Manager from February 2012 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, Nicholas held various roles at Lockheed Martin, including Process Improvement Manager, Project Manager for Supply Chain Management, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Nicholas started their professional journey as a Client Services Intern at BNY Mellon from May 2005 to June 2006. Nicholas Cerza attended Le Moyne College from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. In addition to their degree, they also obtained two certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Lockheed Martin in October 2010 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Lockheed Martin in July 2008.
