Gary Cocco

Gary Cocco serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the Americas at Hidden Road since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in legal roles within the financial sector. Prior to this position, Gary was the Head of Sales and Trading Legal at Cantor Fitzgerald from February 2022 to August 2025. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, from March 2013 to February 2022, Gary held the position of Director, overseeing Futures and OTC Clearing Documentation and managing various key initiatives to streamline documentation processes and mitigate risks. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel at J.P. Morgan, along with an Associate position at Goldman Sachs, where Gary focused on negotiating derivatives documentation and enhancing risk management strategies. Education includes a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Rutgers University.
