John Hague

John Hague's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Hidden Road since 2019. Prior to this, they were a retired partner at RSM US LLP, where they worked from 1997 to 2018 and served as the Financial Services Industry Leader. John was responsible for overseeing the national Financial Services industry practice and contributed thought leadership to enhance client experience. Before RSM, they were the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Rodman & Renshaw, a regional securities broker-dealer and futures commission merchant. John also held positions as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, a Partner at Spicer Oppenheim Limited, a Manager at Coopers & Lybrand, a Controller at Rouse Woodstock, and a Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

John Hague obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1973 to 1976. In February 1977, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In 1994, John also obtained a Series 27 License from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)/Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
