Phil Cooper is an experienced executive and director with a strong background in the medical technology and education sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair and Non Executive Director at Guard Medical SAS, HidraMed Solutions Ltd., and Alesi Surgical Ltd., Cooper has played pivotal roles in the development and commercialization of innovative wound care technologies. Additionally, as a Governor at Taunton School, Cooper contributes to shaping educational strategies for young people. With a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Portsmouth Business School, Cooper’s expertise extends to strategic consultancy in the medical device industry through PSMC Consultancy Limited and its subsidiaries.
