The companies winning right now aren't hiring more people. They're building smarter systems.

Hiero builds AI automation and agent systems for mid-market companies: AI agents that execute work, document AI, workflow orchestration, intelligent analytics, and custom platforms. We're engineers who build and deploy, not consultants who hand you a slide deck. Our team shipped digital platforms and enterprise systems for two decades before AI was a buzzword, and that operational depth is what separates working systems from expensive demos.

Every project starts with one question: buy, automate, build, or wait? We find software that already solves it, connect the tools you have, build custom when nothing else fits, or tell you honestly that waiting is smarter. Sometimes the right answer is wait.

Our work includes a HIPAA-compliant AI system that turned hours of medical-legal chart review into minutes with every fact cited to its source page, and ai.hiero.dev, our fully automated AI intelligence platform that researches, writes, and updates itself.

We work heavily with manufacturers, logistics and supply chain operators, construction and engineering firms, professional training companies, and medical-legal practices. Industries where the paperwork is heavy, the stakes are real, and the teams are too busy running the business to evaluate AI vendors.

Most engagements start with a $1,000 workflow audit: a clear-eyed look at what should be a system instead of a job, and what that's worth in dollars.

MIT says 95% of corporate AI projects fail to deliver ROI. We work on the other side of that number.

Based in Michigan. Building for operators everywhere.
