Dee McDaniel

Dee McDaniel, CPP has over 18 years of experience in payroll management and analysis. They are currently serving as the Director of Payroll for Higginbotham HR Services. Prior to this, Dee worked as a Sr Payroll Analysis at Humyn Global and a Sr Payroll Analyst at Cor Partners. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Payroll Manager at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, where they managed payroll activities for over 3,000 associates in the US and Canada. Dee also worked as a Special Project Payroll/HR Analyst at Park 'N Fly, Inc. in 2019, where they analyzed PTO and sick accrual policies and corrected employee balances. At U.S. Security Associates, Inc., they held multiple roles including Payroll Operations Manager and Sr Payroll Manager, overseeing the payroll department's operations and managing 55,000+ multistate and international pays. Prior to that, Dee served as a Payroll Accountant/Administrator at The Weather Channel and as a Payroll Manager/Supervisor at Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC. They started their career at RSMES as an Accounts Payable & Payroll Coordinator. Dee has experience with various payroll systems including ADP Payforce, PayExpert, EnerTime, Timesaver, and iPay.

Dee McDaniel, CPP holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from North Metro Technical College, which was obtained from 2001 to 2003. More recently, McDaniel became a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) through the American Payroll Association in 2006. Additionally, McDaniel has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since an unspecified date until 2020.
